Deadpool Gets First Teaser, Full Trailer to be Unveiled On 'Conan' Tomorrow

Fox has finally given fans their first glimpse at 'the merc with the mouth.' Earlier today the studio released a minute long teaser for 'Deadpool', their long in development superhero film based on Marvel comics' famous anti-hero. The footage is the same video that was shown behind closed doors at San Diego Comic Con last month.

The cheekily named 'trailer trailer' is a precursor to the full reveal that is set to take place tomorrow on Conan O'Brien's late night talk show. From this little snippet we can already see that Deadpool's trademark humor and signature fourth wall breaking monologues will be making their way to the big screen.

No one is spared as Deadpool's speech takes aim at everyone from star Ryan Reynolds to Fox Studios themselves. The clip begins with Deadpool taking a jab at 'X-Men: Origins Wolverine', the critically panned spin-off film where the character made his big screen debut.

'From the studio that inexplicably sewed his mouth the first time.' Says Deadpool, a reference to the character's bizarre and inaccurate portrayal in the film.

He then introduces Ryan Reynolds as a 'five time Academy Award viewer' before proceeding to announce the Conan reveal tomorrow.

The Conan trailer is rated as 'red band' which means we can expect plenty of foul mouthed language and violence among other things. The show even tweeted out that this particular episode had its rating bumped up to a TV-MA (mature) due to the trailer's NSFW nature.

A more PG 'green band' version of the clip is also set to be screened alongside the new Fantastic Four reboot which hits theaters on August 7.
