Paul Walker's Brother Now Follows His Footsteps Working With Nicolas Cage's Series

Later actor Paul Walker may have died but it is looking like someone with his genes is about to take his place in the limelight. It is none other than his brother, Cody Walker.

Cody has some experience working in Hollywood since he was after all his brother's stunt double for Fast and Furious 7. Paul's brother was reported by The Wrap to have recently been a part of the cast of a drama series called "USS Indianapolis: Men of Courage." It is a drama series created by Mario Van Peebles starring Nicolas Cage. It is the story of the US Navy ship back in World War II.

Deadline said that the series will be released next year and it is going to be Cody's debut as an actor with his face shown on the screen. He has come a long way from being a paramedic to being his brother's stunt double and now, he's actually finally making a name for himself.

For those who are curious about the new movie series, it based on a true story during the time of war when a Japanese torpedo sunk a US Navy vessel in the Pacific Ocean in the year 1945. It was the time they first delivered part of the atomic bomb for a top confidential mission. This summary was reported by The Sydney Morning Herald. There were about 1,200 people on that ship and 317 of them only went back alive.

Nicolas Cage plays the role of the commanding officer Captain Charles Butler McVay and it is going to be directed by Mario Van Peebles, the same man who helmed the seat on the movie Ali.

The Hollywood Reporter said that Cody is now being represented by his late brother's agents, as he ventures in finally becoming a professional actor.
