Sylvester Stallone’s Rambo Fighting ISIS In ‘Last Blood’ Or SDCC 2015 Rumor?

The San Diego Comic-Con last weekend featured some very interesting new developments in the coming years, including DC Comics' releases of footage from both "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" and "Suicide Squad," and it seems like there may have been information about the next Sylvester Stallone Rambo film.

In the past, Sylvester Stallone's Rambo has fought some of the deadliest threats of his time, so it would make sense that in the upcoming film, "Rambo: Last Blood," he fought the biggest threat the western world is fighting against right now, namely the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant or ISIS.

Website WashingtonPost.com.co announced that the actor was in the middle of a question and answer segment for his upcoming "Rocky" film, "Creed," during the SDCC 2015 and Sylvester Stallone's Rambo came out during the conversation.

"We are working on it right now actually," Stallone reportedly told audience members. "We have teams scouting Iraq and parts of Syria where ISIS have their greatest strongholds. We're working with the locals there to help deliver the most intense and realistic Rambo movie experience ever."

However, after this had been heavily reported by news outlets everywhere, a representative for the action star said that Stallone wasn't even present at the SDCC this year, debunking rumors that Sylvester Stallone's Rambo would be taking on ISIS in what's supposed to be the last film of the franchise.

According to The Independent, in fact the fake Sylvester Stallone Rambo announcement came from a recently launched website with absolutely no ties to either the actor or Comic-Con.

Rolling Stone Magazine reports that the "Rambo" sequel is definitely in the making, as Stallone himself confirmed through Twitter last year as "Rambo: Last Blood," a title referencing the very first film starring the iconic character in 1982, "First Blood."

There's no actual knowledge on how the last Sylvester Stallone Rambo movie will go down.
