David Blaine is doing a crazy stunt this weekend, live streaming on YouTube starting Friday at 6:30 p.m. EDT, where he will be electrified for 72 hours in a 1,000,000-volt cocoon streaming from seven Tesla coils.
In partnership with Intel and the Ultrabook Experience, Blaine will be standing in the midst of a lightning storm for seventy-two hours without sleep or food. Blaine stated in a interview on What's Trending, "Seventy-two hours or more in an electromagnetic field can do... anything to the brain," he said. "There are a lot of unknowns here."
The experience will be interactive, where viewers can control the electricity through Intel Ultrabooks. For example, if you type "DB," the power becomes extremely strong. It takes place at Pier 54, West 14th Street in New York City.
Blaine is known for endurance stunts such as being buried alive for a week, frozen inside a block of ice, drowned alive in Lincoln Center, and starved in suspended apartment.
