In her recent post, Demi Lovato let her fans catch a glimpse of some confidence where she is embracing her curvy figure and her caption suggests that a 'special someone' is helping her love her body.
On Saturday, the 'Heart Attack' hit maker proudly showed off her curvy body in Instagram and urged her fans to be proud of their own bodies too.
In her shared photo, she was sprawled out on a recliner, and she captioned, "Learn to lurrrrrvveee yerrrrr currrrrvveees... I actually used to hate them... But then a special someone helped me learn how to love them... And he sure loves them.... #squats #COOLFORTHESUMMER."
Her message suggests that her "special someone" helping her love her figure is no other than her boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama.
It was 2011, when Lovato admitted in Seventeen that she suffered an eating disorder at the early age after being bullied at school for being "fat."
After years of suffering bulimia, Demi decided to check into rehab for treatment, where she spent three months in the facility center in 2010. With her commitment to healthy eating, exercise and embracing her curves the 'Skyscraper' singer managed to live her life smoothly.
But in December of 2014, the 22 year old former Disney star admitted that she almost went back to rehab for her eating disorder.
Demi told Fitness Magazine that her boyfriend Wilmer plays a major role in her recovery. He is always there to support her and "calling her out on it."
She recalled, "I was obsessing over food and terrified of it at the same time.I was done being afraid of food and so tired of overeating and not knowing why I did it."
"Now I'm on a structured meal plan. I eat four small meals and two snacks a day. It's teaching me portion control," she added.
