Spotify Subscribers Find It Hard To Cancel Their Subscription With Apple Music Around

After Taylor Swift's open letter to Apple about her sentiments on their music streaming, the company quickly replied and made actions to it that it resulted to music fans now moving into their platform. This great reaction from fans of the company also resulted to another decision from fans wanting to cancel their subscription from other music-streaming site like Pandora and Spotify. But most of the issues come from those who want to cut their ties with Spotify.

Subscribers of Spotify want to remove their accounts with the popular music-streaming site overnight just because Apple Music has finally been launched. Others reason out that they want to conserve their cash, while others would like to take advantage of the free three-month trial that Apple is offering according to The Sydney Morning Herald. A lot of these mind-changers are also Swift's fans since her music is not on Spotify and it's now available on Apple Music. Her fans couldn't help but just move into where her materials could be played as well.

Twitter has been the social media that Spotify subscribers went on to rant about wanting to cancel their deal with the site. Unfortunately, they can't do until a said date that they have agreed since they first got into the whole subscription deal with them. The mobile app of the company doesn't allow any cancelation and it doesn't even have an account settings page based on SMH's report. However, if anyone who wants to unsubscribe it's possible if they use a web browser. Just go to the account setting then view the subscription information and hit the link that says to cancel it.

It was also a pain for some who are subscribed to Spotify with their iTunes account.
