Marvel’s ‘Agents Of SHIELD’ Season 3: After Inhumans Battle, Coulson Adds Secret Warriors – And ‘Daredevil’ Season 2 Villain REVEALED!

The biggest geek event of the year, the San Diego Comic-Con, is fast approaching its summer weekend, and as the major television and film studios announce which stars will be guests, the newest information regarding Marvel's "Agents of SHIELD" season 3 and "Daredevil" season 2 has come out, with new characters from the comic book.

The biggest Marvel's "Agents of SHIELD" season 3 news sees the first Marvel Cinematic Universe show getting new characters from a different series of comics: the Secret Warriors will now be officially joining the MCU after the first battle with the Inhumans.

"In the aftermath of SHIELD's battle with Jiaying and the Inhumans, Director Coulson (Clark Gregg) will search the world for more powered people and assemble an extraordinary new team to deal with threats unlike the world has ever seen," reads the most recent scoop about Marvel's "Agents of SHIELD" season 3, according to iO9. "However, the Agents of SHIELD will soon find out they're not the only ones tracking down these new Inhumans."

Variety reports that, to celebrate the new Marvel's "Agents of SHIELD" season 3 additions, ABC and Marvel are launching a new initiative for the Comic-Con: during Comic-Con weekend, people from Marvel will be going around the convention finding the most hardcore fans of the show to give them limited edition pins of the "Secret Warriors," and fans will be able to track down the Marvel ambassadors through Twitter.

However, the Marvel's "Agents of SHIELD" season 3 news aren't the only new thing coming to Marvel's TV shows as, according to Deadline, there's a new antihero in town in the Netflix version of Hell's Kitchen in "Daredevil," as Jon Bernthal, from "The Walking Dead," has officially joined the gritty show as The Punisher, which may be the main antagonist for the second season after Vincent D'Onofrio's Kingpin was imprisoned at the end of the first one.

In any case, the Marvel's "Agents of SHIELD" season 3 will premiere on ABC on September 29.
