Nick Jonas & Olivia Culpo Break Up: Couple Splits After 2 Years, Former Mis USA is Trying to Win Him Back [PHOTOS]

Nick Jonas and Olivia Culpo have been inseparable for nearly two years, but they are now going their separate ways. Their busy schedules and distance also took a toll on their relationship.

Olivia’s jealousy played the biggest part in their break-up. Ironically, Nick’s biggest hit is “Jealous” and it was written for her.

The 22-year-old singer admitted he's "no pro" at making a long-distance relationship work.

"It's just about trying to take it one step at a time," he told PEOPLE. "I think that the long distance thing can be tough, but try to stay in communication, keep it transparent and honest, and it should be okay."

When he was asked whether Culpo would be joining him on any of his upcoming tour stops, Jonas vaguely answered: "for the most part when I'm on the road, I'm kind of in my thing and doing that."

Rumors of a split first started circulating when Nick and Olivia were both in NYC on June 11 for work purposes, but they were never spotted together during the trip. They even booked two different hotels.

The ex-couple have also not been seen together publicly since the 2015 Billboard Music Awards on May 17.

Hollywood Life exclusively learned that the 23-year-old was deeply broken-hearted after Nick broke up with her, however she is convinced that she can get her man back and save their relationship.

The former Miss Universe isn't ready to give up on the singer and knows exactly what went wrong in their relationship and she knows how to fix it.

“Distance did not make the heart grow fonder for Nick, as his booming career and the long distance they spent from each other killed the relationship in Nick’s eyes,” an insider told HollywoodLife.

“But Olivia would rather have Nick back than her own career. She is willing to slow down for the benefit of the relationship and she is convinced that will win him back!”

Olivia wanted to show Nick that he is her number one priority.
