Kylie Jenner Wasn’t Completely Cut Off After All! [PHOTOS]

Many speculators were surprised when Kylie Jenner revealed that momager Kris Jenner stopped financially supporting her at 14 years old.

Kylie told British InStyle in an interview, "My mom cut me off financially three years ago. So I pay for everything - my car, my gas and food as well as my clothes."

But E! News recently found out that Jenner's tidbit wasn't exactly true. In fact, the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" reality star had a lot of support in purchasing some vital things. So Kylie doesn't exactly pay for everything, like she said.

Just like any other teenager, Kylie's parents Bruce (now Caitlyn) Jenner and Kris Jenner did pay for her basic necessities like food and laundry as she continued to live with them in their Hidden Hills mansion.

But Kylie's statement on paying for things still holds some truth to an extent. The youngest of the Kardashian-Jenner clan pays for "extra" items and other splurges.

A source close to the family told E! News, "Kris has always taught the girls about the importance of financial responsibility and independence." Perhaps Kylie meant to say that Kris financially "cut [her] off from extras."

The source continued to explain, "Kris has taught all the girls that if they want something, they have to work for it. Kris made sure she paid for Kylie's car, for medical, for housing, for food, for vacations. All the usual stuff. If she wanted to buy new clothes, she would have to save up. If they wanted extras they had to buy extras."

With all of Kylie Jenner's projects and collaborations, she shouldn't have a problem shelling out money for those "extra" things. Kylie Jenner's net worth is actually $5 million, so paying for additional items wouldn't be too much of a stretch.

In fact, Kylie has a lot going on than the typical 17-year-old. Just this year, Jenner bought a $2.7 million mansion that she'll be moving into very soon. Kylie and sister Kendall Jenner have also collaborated on clothing lines with Topshop and PacSun.
