Kanye West is in final talks with Apple to officially debut his newest album on Apple Music, the company's rehauled streaming service. According to reports, Apple is currently pursuing many big-named artists like Kanye to get exclusive rights to upcoming content. 

Jimmy Lovine, co-founder of Beats Music, have been in negotiations recently. However, no deal has been finalized between the two. Beats Music and Beats Electronics was acquired by Apple last year for $3 billion. 

Recent rumors claim that West's new album will be titled "Swish," referring to the rapper's tweets earlier last month.

While specific details of their discussions have remained vague, Apple Music is expected to offer exclusive content from curated playlists to album premieres to attract more new subscribers.

Critics say that the Apple Music-Kanye West team up could be another milestone for both, which could fuel the interests of music entrepreneurs and would possibly bring in more partnerships.

Though the possible partnership seems to be drawing support from Apple and West fans, it has also amassed criticism from many who see this is an invasion of privacy after the U2 iTunes issue last year. 

U2's album "Songs of Innocence" was automatically added to all users who have the updated iTunes app. If this is how Apple will debut Kanye's album, it will be downloaded to nearly 500 million devices, whether the owner wants the music or not.

Another issue is Kanye West's ties with Tidal, the rival music streaming service by Jay-Z. While the is a recognized owner of the company, his obligations seem to be covered with uncertainty after the rapper was caught deleting some of his tweets promoting Tidal on his Twitter feed.

In other news, Kanye West has just dropped a new music video for "U Mad," which is a collaboration with rapper Vic Mensa. He also recently celebrated his birthday on June 8, with a lavish celebration prepared by wife Kim Kardashian.
