Nintendo will reveal and advertise their new games in the upcoming E3 - Electronic Entertainment Expo on June 16-18, 2015. E3 is an annual video game conference and show at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
During the Expo, Nintendo will publicize their games which include the revival of the Dr. Mario franchise, now called Dr. Mario: Miracle Cure for it's 3DS. In North America the Bravely Second game will be released later in 2016. Coming up in November 2015 is the Chibi-Robo!: Zip Lash.
As produced by Nintendo 3DS is a portable game console.
During the E3 the firm will release the Mario & Sonic at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games for Wii U and 3DS.
Scott Moffitt, Nintendo America's Executive Vice President for Sales & Marketing said, "This Nintendo Direct provides a nice preview of things to come - for Nintendo 3DS in particular - ahead of our Digital Event and other activities for E3," and also added: "Between now and the end of the year, Wii U and Nintendo 3DS owners are in for a solid stream of great games."
In the previous years, the Wii console have brought the company a great success, but it was a big struggle for them to find a market for the sequel gadget, the Wii U.
The gadget is now under development for mobile devices and still with its well-known characters and settings - Nintendo President and CEO Satoru Iwata told to TIM
"NX" will succeed the Wii U. Nintendo NX uses Google's Android platform as its operating system to match up against Sony and Microsoft.
There is no word yet for the release of "NX" in 2016. CEO Satoru Iwata said, "It is too early to elaborate on the details of this project, but we hope to share more information with you next year."
