Sandwich Bread Knife: Perfect 2 Blades For Sandwich-Making Keeps Ingredients INSIDE Buns! [VIDEO]

Everyone in the world who enjoys sandwiches (which pretty much translates to simply "everyone in the world") has gotten used to the messy affair of having bits and pieces of sandwich all over their plates as ingredients fall - but the new sandwich bread knife project could change the way we make the tasty treat forever.

Over the past few months, different entrepreneurs have tried some massive changes to food technology, from a pepper grinder that turns off devices around it for a quiet family meal all the way to recyclable wine corks and even a smart microwave that shows how your food is thoroughly cooked - so there's little surprise in seeing someone thought of a sandwich bread knife!

According to The Telegraph, the new sandwich bread knife, specially created for making the treat, has two blades that will cut bread right into even slices (nay, perfectly even ones) without compromising the bottom so you can add any ingredients you choose.

The Daily Mail reports that, almost 300 years to the time John Montagu (the 4th Earl of Sandwich) created the food item, it's the turn for a Canadian to improve the way these are made, as food importer Gary Ehasoo, who lives in Toronto, has set out to raise money to create the sandwich bread knife for all those craving for the perfect sandwich.

"Nothing beats a large, tasty sandwich stuffed with plenty of ingredients and tons of sauce and of course using fresh bread," explains Ehasoo on the Kickstarter project he founded to create the sandwich bread knife. "I had made large sandwiches one evening for friends; everyone really enjoyed the sandwiches but at the end of the meal I noticed there was a lot of ingredients remaining on the plate. That was my 'ah-ha' moment when I thought, there has to be a better way to build and eat a sandwich."

In the meantime, major news outlets such as Metro have deemed the sandwich bread knife "the best invention since sliced bread" - a pun that seems too enticing to avoid!
