Even though they look like an unlikely pair from the outside, Sean Penn and Charlize Theron have quickly turned into one of the most iconic Hollywood couples, as the two incredibly talented actors (both of whom have won Oscars) make their way to the aisle.
Over the past few months, Food World News has reported several newsworthy headlines about Sean Penn and Charlize Theron, including their December engagement, a recent interview with the "Milk" actor where he said how shocked he was to be in love after two failed marriages (to Queen of Pop Madonna and "House of Cards" actress Robin Wright) and even the fact that Penn filed to adopt Theron's son, Jackson!
Now, Time Magazine reports that Sean Penn and Charlize Theron's relationship becomes even more serious as both actors, who are known for being very private about their personal lives, have now separately gushed about their relationship.
In a recent interview with Elle UK, the 39 year-old South African blonde spoke about Sean Penn and Charlize Theron's relationship and how difficult it was to balance their love when they were shooting a film together, as the "Mystic River" actor recently directed the "Monster" star in "The Last Face."
"Putting aside that he's my partner, he's the love of my life; for the first time, I felt that my work was really bleeding into my life, and that made it hard," said the actress about Sean Penn and Charlize Theron's working relationship during the shoot, according to The Mirror. "There were moments where I was incredibly unfair to him. And moments where I felt like ... he was incredibly unfair to me. But it makes you realize that no matter how complicated it gets, the priority is the relationship."
Though they've been friends for more than a decade, Sean Penn and Charlize Theron only started dating a year ago - but they've lost no time catching up!
