Chris Brown Charges DROPPED: Vegas Man Dropping Charges Against ‘Loyal’ Rapper … On Chris Brown’s Birthday!

The new dad is certainly no stranger to courtrooms and Chris Brown charges, but it seems like the latest one, just a few weeks after the end of his probation for the infamous case of his assault to Rihanna in 2009, sees him as off the hook.

Food World News reported about Chris Brown's charges last Tuesday, after it came out in the media that the singer had apparently assaulted a man at the basketball court of the famous Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas, a few hours after his successful performance following the Mayweather-Pacquiao fight in Sin City.

The Daily Mail reports that, at the time, Brown was staying at the hotel's Hardwood Suite (which has its own basketball half court), and an argument broke out with a man he was playing with, making Brown punch him - and then another member of his entourage followed.

Naturally, the man then pressed Chris Brown charges.

According to BBC, the man who first pressed the Chris Brown charges last weekend spoke to the police and decided not to pursue with criminal charges, even after the rapper allegedly left him injured enough to end up being found at the Sunrise Hospital & Medical Center in the Nevada city.

NBC reports that news of Chris Brown's charges being dropped come at the best time for the "New Flame" rapper, as he celebrated his 26th birthday last May 5, getting the best present of all: not having to go to neither court nor jail.

Before the charges were dropped, it had been reported that Brown had been offered two ways to deal with this: either sign a citation for misdemeanor battery (showing up in court to face it) or letting the district attorney decide what charges to pursue against the star.

There have been no comments from the singer or his team about the Chris Brown charges.
