Ever since last fall, when comedian Hannibal Buress accused "The Cosby Show" comedy legend of having ducked a series of rape accusations over the course of years, there has been an unstoppable Bill Cosby sex scandal that has seen dozens of women accusing the comedian of having assaulted them.
In the past few months, Food World News has reported a series of new developments in the Bill Cosby sex scandal, including Cindra Ladd's op-ed about her sexual assault story, how fellow funny men Jay Leno and Bill Maher took stands against "Dr. Huxtable" and even how his case was heatedly discussed during "The View."
In all, there are currently 35 separate allegations accusing the actor and comedian of sexual assault charges, with events ranging different decades, with women speaking out about events that transpired up to 30 and even 40 years ago - with other more recent ones.
Now, Time Magazine reports that there are three new accusers in the Bill Cosby sex scandal case, after they've come out to say that the legendary comedian sexually assaulted them in the 1970s and 80s, when they were in their early twenties.
According to Vulture, the three new women involved in the Bill Cosby sex scandal are Janice Baker-Kinney, Marcella Tate and Autumn Burns, all of which told stories that accounted for the same modus operandi that has been established previously: each tells the story that Cosby gave them pills that made them become woozy or otherwise unable to consent, and later woke up someplace else.
As the Bill Cosby scandal becomes worse for the "Uptown Saturday Night" actor, The Daily Mail reports that Cosby's lawyers recently filed a plea that urges courts not to unseal his deposition from another sexual assault case, from 2005, claiming that the contents of his speech at the time should be kept confidential in light of the more recent cases.
As the Bill Cosby sex scandal continues to grow, the actor is currently in a comedy tour - and there are plans to protest outside the theater of his next event.
