Justin Bieber neighbor sues- This is going to be tough. Although Justin Bieber has shown his willingness to be better this time and to be more mature after his tumultuous love life and career in the last years, the 21-year-old singer-songwriter faces charges brought about by the things he did in the past.
Justin Bieber neighbor sues the 21-year-old iconic pop star for allegedly damaging his reputation and on grounds of emotional distress that his family received. The lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Thursday by his former neighbor in Calabasas, California named Mr. Jeff Schwartz.
According to TMZ, Justin Bieber is being sued for $1 million after damaging Schwartz's reputation as an online auto industry leader, which he built for more than 20 years. The incident rooted from the event that happened in 2013 where Bieber egged his former neighbor's house.
Bieber had also spit on him and had verbally abused Schwartz wife and children by threatening them with anti-Semitic remarks. Furthermore, Mr. Schwartz claimed that the bankable pop icon had called him a 'little Jew boy.'
Justin Bieber neighbor sues the pop icon for the Jan. 9, 2014 egging incident in Schwartz's house. The 21-year-old Calvin Klein model had already pleaded guilty in misdemeanor vandalism charges and has paid Schwartz a hefty $80,900 for damages.
Bieber was also placed in two years probation, had attended anger management course and had five days community service.
However, the strings of legal troubles the 21-year-old singer is facing seem to be unstoppable. Justin Bieber neighbor sues the pop star from the series of incidents that happened from March 2013 to Jan. 2014.
Schwartz's family allegedly is suffering from emotional distress since the day Bieber had spit on Mr. Schwartz's face and even threatened that he'd "f****** kill him." Aside from that, Schwartz's children were bothered by the singer's entourage, fans and even the media.
Justin Bieber who has net worth is $200 million sold his Calabasas house for $7. 2 million last year to Khloe Kardashian. However, the things of the past won't be just things of the past.
After Justin Bieber neighbor sues him the first time, Suzie Schwartz told TMZ in 2013, "He's a punk. He thinks he's invincible. He can't continue to have a bunch of enablers around him. He can't do this to people."
On the Comedy Central Roast that is set to air on March 30, the pop icon was given a chance to air his side for the series of legal battles he's facing and for the actions he did in the recent years.
As Justin Bieber neighbor sues him this week, it could be seen that Bieber seemed to be a lot mature and serious this time. He was quoted saying, he was talking about a new chapter of his life and he's sorry for the stuff that he'd done.
The singer continues he's not like that. He is not searching for people's approval, but he wants people to know that it's not him and he did stuff that weren't him. A lot of times, he said we pretend so that we can fit in and we end up looking like the douchebag, and that was kind of him.
