AB De Villiers Helping South Africa Won the Cricket World Cup and Set Records In Big Win

AB De Villiers made a huge buzz in Cricket World Cup 2015 after helping South Africa to win versus West Indies.  Sports NDTV highlights the best game in Cricket World Cup as South Africa sets records for its big win by 257 runs. AB De Villiers is the South Africa's captain. He had blasted 52 ball ton and has the quickest ODI 150 out 257 runs. He had is highest score of 162 off sixty six balls to assist Proteas scores 408/5 in their Pool B match against the West Indies team, which is recorded as the 2nd highest score in the Cricket World Cups.

AB De Villiers is dubbed as the most destructive batsman and cricket and this has been proved true as he hit the fastest 150 in one day international cricket World cup last February 27 in Sydney cricket ground. The South Africa's captain has needed only 64 deliveries to reach 150 runs, which has beaten the previous records set by Shane Watson of Australia World Cup 2011 by 19 balls.

The 257 run wins of South Africa tied up with the ICC World Cup record in 2007 set by India against Bermuda and it has also tied up for the 4th highest victory margin by runs in one-day international cricket. Their score of 408/5 is also the 2nd highest in the history of Cricket World Cup.

After the awkward batting implosion versus India in South Africa's previous match, the team has strongly hit back against the West Indies team as AB De Villiers supported himself to 52-ball century, leading the onslaught against West Indies. He had displayed a good attack without the sign of recklessness in his latest game. According to BBC News, AB De Villiers had also hit the fastest ODI hundred only last month on their match in Johannesburg and the fastest fifty in ODI in the same innings.
