7 Super Bowl 2015 Food Ads: What’s The Best Food-Themed Super Bowl Commercial This Year? [VIDEOS]

Fans of advertising or those who like to see what's new in the different industries will tune in every year to the Super Bowl; in the past few, oftentimes the commercials will also become memes, but what are the best Super Bowl 2015 food ads?

The most remembered Super Bowl ads of all time include the 1984 classic Macintosh computer commercial, a homage to George Orwell's dystopian novel from the 40s - but the Super Bowl 2015 food ads also featured some seriously cool stuff, plus other not so great ones: but do we have any new classics among us?

The Best

1. McDonald's

One of the Super Bowl 2015 food ads that got a whole lot of love from fans and critics alike was that from the Ronald McDonald house, which featured workers from the different restaurants telling their patrons to "Pay with Lovin'"

2. Budweiser

This heart-warming ad about an adorably lost puppy that is rescued from a wolf by his owner's horses (and presumably also his BFFs) might just make even the toughest guys out there tear up a little bit, as they sit back and enjoy the "Best Buds" campaign.

3. Newcastle

The somewhat recent Heineken acquisition started a campaign to crowd fund an ad to their beer with a "Band of Brands" concept that would feature as many brands as they created the funniest product placement joke ever. And they definitely delivered on their promise!

4 & 5. Doritos

With two hilarious Super Bowl 2015 food ads, the company made a bet to show the history of humanity through Doritos - and they passed in flying colors! The two commercials feature both Doritos Crash the Super Bowl winners: how a chip inspired a world of innovations in "Caveman" and the fact that everyone's still a child when it comes to Doritos in "Manchild."

The Worst

6. Carl's, Jr.

As The Washington Post reports, possibly the most easily slammed of the Super Bowl 2015 food ads was the one that burger the giant Carl's, Jr. released in the coveted spot. After a series of mishaps in commercials that have been deemed sexist (including one with Paris Hilton washing a car, which was ultimately banned in New Zealand), this one's no exception.

7. Pizza Hut

Though, as Fox News reports, this Super Bowl 2015 food ad might be well suited for die-hard football fans, the commercial with Buffallo Bill's coach Rex Ryan yelling at people isn't really the way to go if you're more of a casual viewer and mostly just tune in during the Super Bowl.
