Following a recent report that said Kate Middleton's diet before her wedding was nothing short of extreme, it seems the pregnant Duchess and wife of Prince William has been keeping in shape in a much easier manner and non-obtrusively for her body, as she's gone past the heavy morning sickness she's suffered in both her pregnancies.
Being probably the most famous royal in the world (or at least one half of the most popular royal couple on Earth), the health of the mother of Prince George will often make news; as such, Kate Middleton's diet during her pregnancies (especially considering her bouts of hyperemesis gravidarum) has also made news in the last few months.
The University of Maryland Medical Center says that the women who suffer from the debilitating condition of hyperemesis gravidarum, such as the Duchess of Cambridge, must consume a lot of antihistamines, vitamin B6, phenothiazine, metoclopramide and antacids; these were all probably part of Kate Middleton's diet at the beginning of her first pregnancies.
Last year, after it was announced that Prince George would be getting a little brother or sister, The New York Daily News reported that the creator of the Kate Middleton diet before her wedding to Prince William, Pierre Dukan (it is actually called "the Dukan diet") said that the Duchess had lost too much weight using his method.
The Dukan diet is based on high protein and low carb intake, and it wasn't only followed by the Princess to be at the time: Kate's sister, Pippa, and their mother Carole, also followed the diet - and seemingly Carole really loved taking extra shrimp and cottage cheese!
According to Express, in the days before the announcement of her second pregnancy, the Duchess was taking a diet rich in juices, using a "posh kitchen gadget" called the Nutribullet extractor.
As Hollywood Life reports, an important part of Kate Middleton's diet before her pregnancy was a lot of raw foods - the secret to her radiant and beautiful skin!
