1 tsp lemon peel (finely grated)
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp anchovy paste
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1/2 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Do not stop as it could break. When already well mixed, add the sour cream until creamy and smooth. Make sure to refrigerate before serving.
