Toast
8 slices bread
4 ounces (100g) Cheddar cheese
A bit of mint leaves
Blueberry syrup
2 cups blueberries
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
Directions
1. Put the blueberry syrup ingredients put into the pot. Heat the pot in low temperature until sugar melts.
2. Cool down it and put in a refrigerator.
3. Put grated cheese on slices of bread, cook in the oven.
4. Decorate it with blueberry syrup and mint leaves.
* Tips
You can substitute strawberries, raspberries, or cherries syrup replace for blueberries. We recommend it for breakfast or simple brunch.
