Korean Ginseng Spring Chicken Soup

Ingredients
1 whole chicken 
5-10 garlic cloves
4-5 dates
1 ginseng root
2 ounces Korean noodle
3 scallion white parts for garnish
salt and pepper to taste

Directions
1. Rinse the inside and outside of the chicken.
2. Stuff the chicken with garlic cloves, ginseng root, and dates. Place in a large pot.
3. Pour water to cover the stuffed chicken and boil for about 50-60 minutes.
4. Stir in noodles and cook for additional 5-10 minutes.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with scallions to serve.
