Cavs Faces Problems Without LeBron; Mavs Records Five Straight Wins

With the absence of LeBron James, the Cleveland Cavaliers are obviously having a hard time finding its track. Despite Kevin Love's season high 30 points; the Cavs was unable to fight back Dallas Mavericks' unrelenting attack. The game ends with the Mavs on top 109-90.

The Cavaliers had already lost five of the seven games. With LeBron James suffering from injury,           the Cavs is still unable to find its offensive rhythm. The Cavs has a recorded a devastating 1-5 record since LeBron's absence. As if to rub salt to their wounds, the Cavs lost point guard Kyrie Irving to a back injury. Irving left the game early in the third quarter and according to official medical reports he won't be able to play in the Cavs next game against the Philadelphia 76ers.

Kyrie Irving who has just recovered from an injury in his left knee last week said in an interview "I'm in a lot of pain right now. I have to get through it. It stinks because you have two injuries at one time."

On the other hand, it was business as usual for the Dallas Mavericks. The win against the Cavs sets their record to 25-10 with a five game winning streak and winning eight of their last 10 games. The Mavs has a 10-0 record every time they're on the road against an Eastern Conference team. They have also won 14 consecutive games against teams in the East. Monta Ellis scored the most for the Mavs with 20. Dirk Nowitzki added 15 points while Chandler Parson and Tyson Chandler has 14 points apiece.

On the post-game interview Monta Ellis said "We get out and run, so I love it. We're doing good, but we can do better. We made the extra pass today, and when we move the basketball like that, we can put teams in a blind."

The Mavs will be playing on Brooklyn on Monday. The Cavs will face the 76ers on Monday as well.
