Ingredients
1 pound lean ground turkey
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup tomato paste
2 tablespoons molasses
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
Little salt to marinate
Fresh herbs to garnish
Directions
1. In a large bowl, combine the garlic, ginger and salt. Crumble turkey over mixture and mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls.
2. Place in a baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake, uncovered, at 350 F for 20 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
3. In a large saucepan, combine the vinegar, tomato paste, molasses, pepper sauce, and soy sauce. Cook and stir over medium heat for 3-5 minutes. Add the meatballs; heat through. Garnish with fresh herbs.
