Outbid: Beyonce And Jay Z Did Not Get US$70 Million Worth Of Beverly Hills Mansion

Beyonce and Jay Z might be billionaires but they reportedly did not win a bid that would have gotten them a US$70-Million worth of Mansion located in Beverly Hills.

According to a report from Zillow, the creator of Minecraft identified as Markus Persson, he outbid the power couple on the said mansion. The report says that Persson offered the same amount of money that Bey and Jay did however, he already paid in cash and had no unforeseen events.

Reports also suggest that the selling of the home had an escrow of six days and that it was a really huge sale. It is one of the most beautiful homes sold in the well-known 90210 area code.

What does this home have making it so pricey? There are eight bedrooms, fifteen bathrooms in the mansion that sits on the very elite area called Trousdale Estates. It also features a 360-degree view of Los Angeles from downtown neighborhoods up to the coastlines.

It also has a car showroom, candy rooms, bars for vodka and tequila, and it even has its very own screening room. The master bedroom also has his and her walk-in closets.

The new home of Persson also has a 54-foot curved glass door in its living room that makes way out to the area where it has the infinity pool. It is also wired with an iPad or a tablet so you can control everything via that gadget.

It also includes a replica of the famous motorcycle of James Dean and an 18-foot onyx dining room table that is already set up for seating 24 people Persson would like to invite. The property is also fully furnished and it comes with Roberto Cavalli place setting that costs around US$3700 each.

According to TMZ, Bey and Jay toured the property for six times and really wanted the area. They were reportedly to seal the deal by Christmas.
