The allegations against Bill Cosby continue to swirl around him as the latest issue is about one of the alleged victims who have sued him of defamation.
The former sitcom star has been complained by 16 women saying that they were sexually harassed by Cosby and others were even underage at the time they claimed Cosby took advantage of them.
It all started back in 2005 when a certain Andrea Constand filed a lawsuit against the comedian stating that there were several other women who would take the witness' stand in order to testify that they were also sexually harassed by Cosby. Constand was reportedly drugged and assaulted in January 2004 but the case was settled in 2008.
Due to this, a lot of his shows have been cancelled such as appearances in "The Queen Latifah Show", "Late Show With David Letterman" and even his Netflix special entitled "Bill Cosby 77". The 77-year-old has never commented on the topic and his attorneys are saying the lawsuits filed have no truth in it at all.
Also, in November 23, Frank Scotti, a former NBC employee, said that he used to stand outside Cosby's dressing room as he invited young models. He also allegedly helped Cosby pay eight women from 1989 to 1990.
The latest lawsuit was filed by Tamara Green, one of the said women who were willing to testify to the claims of Constand. According to the lawsuit, Green is suing him for continuing to deny publicly the public claims against him has resulted for Green to be ridiculed by the public, averted and disgraced, and has been shunned and avoided by people as well as injured her name, character and reputation.
Green says she and Cosby met back in 1969 and that Cosby has drugged her then assaulted her shortly thereafter.
