Judy Huth is the latest complainant claiming that she has been molested by Bill Cosby back in 1974 when she was just 15 years old. Huth is said to be from Riverside County, California and she is an additional to the 13 women who has filed allegations regarding being sexually harassed.

This latest complaint is the first ever statement made publicly that Cosby has sexually assaulted a minor. The lawsuit papers were filed on Tuesday at the Los Angeles Superior Court.

Information was immediately available and according to the papers, the alleged sexual assault has happened when they were at the Playboy Mansion in Los Angeles. Huth pointed out that she and her friend, who was 16 years old that time, were wandering around in a movie set in California and Cosby was filming in the said area.

Huth and her friend then met Cosby who asked their ages and he allegedly invited him to his tennis club. They were then taken to another house.

In the lawsuit, it states, "While at the Playboy Mansion, Plaintiff told Cosby that she needed to use the bathroom. Cosby directed her to a bathroom within a bedroom suit near the game room. When Plaintiff emerged from the bathroom, she found Cosby sitting on the bed. He asked her to sit beside him. He then proceeded to sexually molest her by attempting to put his hand down her pants, and then taking her hand in his hand and performing a sex act on himself without her consent."

Also, Cosby allegedly told them to tell people they were 19 years old whenever someone else asks. Huth then claims that the incident was traumatic and that it has caused her psychological damage as well as mental anguish.

It was not immediately clear what Huth is after in filing the complaint. Cosby nor his representatives have not released any statement about this yet.
