The boy found in wall was rescued alive after police in Clayton country responded the second time to the boy's father's home at Georgia, Atlanta Saturday. The boy was reunited with his mother while his father, his stepmother and three others were arrested for the case with no bail.

The 13-year old boy was reported missing since 2010 when he went to visit his own father, and didn't return since then. It was a shock to everyone to discover that the boy was imprisoned by his own father for four yearsand was found in fake walls in his father's Georgia home.

The boy apparently found a smartphone, where he downloaded a text app to message his mother, according to TIME. He messaged his mother to tell where he was so the Clayton County Police came to search for him but didn't find any clue to find the boy.

The boy texted his mother the second time and told her his exact location in the home. The Clayton County Police responded to the home in Jonesboro, near Atlanta for the second time, and the boy was found in wall in an obscure place above the garage covered with linen closet.

"We opened the compartment where he was," Clayton County Police Sgt. Joanna Southerland stated when the boy found in wall was rescued. "I saw him and asked him to come forward, and he was horrified. He was frozen with fear."

The boy found in wall was brought back to his mother who was longing for his son for four years. Meanwhile, his father Gregory Jean, 37, her stepmother, Samantha Davis, 42 and three other juveniles in the home were arrested and made their first court appearance in the US state of Georgia on Sunday.

The US state of Georgia declared no bail for the case of the boy found in wall. Gregory Jean, Samantha Davis and the three juveniles will be detained for the charges of false imprisonment, obstruction, and child cruelty, Daily Mail reports.

Neighbors of Gregory Jen and Samantha Davis were stunned upon learning that the boy they were seeing maintaining the yard a couple of times was held by the couple inside their home. They claimed that if they had known it earlier, they could have done something for the boy found in fake wall.

They added, the couple were so accommodating and friendly and had always invited them to come over to their place anytime. They were left speechless when they discovered that the couple committed such felony against the boy found in wall in their home.

The boy found in fake wall in Georgia, Atlanta was only nine when he was reported missing, and now he is 13. Neighbor's thought that he was attending home school.

Earlier in 2010, the mother reported that her child was missing at the Child Protective Services and not to the police authorities due to her limited knowledge about laws as they were immigrants. After the boy was found and reunited with his mother, he will remain at the Child Protective Services for some time.
